Abuse & Anti-Spam Policy
OutboundNode operates email infrastructure exclusively for legitimate business communication. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for spam and unsolicited bulk email of any kind.
Acceptable Use
All email sent through OutboundNode infrastructure must meet the following requirements:
- Recipients must have explicitly opted in to receive communications
- Every message must include a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism
- Sender identity must be accurate and not misleading
- Content must comply with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists are not permitted
Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited on our infrastructure:
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Phishing, fraud, or impersonation
- Malware or malicious content distribution
- Email address harvesting
- Any activity that violates applicable law
Enforcement
Clients found to be in violation of this policy will have their sending access suspended immediately pending investigation. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination of service.
Reporting Abuse
If you have received unsolicited email that appears to originate from our infrastructure, please contact us. Include the full email headers in your report so we can investigate promptly.
We treat all abuse reports seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours.
